Ultra I&C C2 Solution Demonstrates Capability at NATO-Led Exercise

Ultra Intelligence & Communications demonstrated its Air Defense System Integrator’s key capabilities during CWIX in Poland, an annual NATO event designed to improve interoperability.

ADSI, a command and control solution for the Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control concept, offers users seamless interoperability and improved mission effectiveness. Its benefits include cloud and tactical edge flexibility, a large data link and interface library, and cost efficiency.

Ultra I&C joined CWIX, or Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exploration, Experimentation, Examination Exercise, as part of the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa team. The event showcased ADSI’s accomplishments in Curser on Target integration, tactical data link compliance, and CoT to Joint Range Extension Applications Protocol translation. Data from the event will be used in future drills hosted by the U.S. Marine Corps and its partners.

Bradford Powell, president of command and control, intelligence and encryption at Ultra I&C, said participating in CWIX reflects the company’s commitment to improving efficiency across multidomain operations. “ADSI demonstrated how it enables seamless forwarding and interoperability across coalition C2 systems and helps pave the way to meet CJADC2 goals for the U.S. and its partners,” he said.

The company also deployed ADSI in a NATO training exercise in May. Through a partnership with the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity, Ultra I&C demonstrated the solution’s capability to connect joint and coalition forces during the Federated Mission Networking Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Joint Command and Control Assessment.
