Doug Jankovich has joined QinetiQ as the security and defense company’s new executive vice president.
He confirmed his new role in a post on LinkedIn on Tuesday.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead QinetiQ’s corporate AUKUS enterprise, which will undoubtedly make a significant impact on this critically important trilateral relationship,” he wrote.
During an investor seminar in October, the company revealed a blueprint to guide its growth activities over the next four years. The blueprint heavily focused on the Australia-United Kingdom-United States trilateral agreement. QinetiQ launched a new Australian sector in February 2023.
Before QinetiQ, Jankovich was vice president of international strategy and growth at HII Mission Technologies. His résumé also includes a leadership role at Alion Science and Technology.
In addition to his career in the private sector, Jankovich is a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve, where he currently serves as director of theater security cooperation.
