CACI Ltd has promoted Dan Parr to senior vice president for consumer and market intelligence in the United Kingdom.
Parr, who announced his appointment in a LinkedIn post on Monday, was previously a company vice president responsible for leading a team of data and analytics experts who provide data services, software and consultancy to meet clients’ needs for customer insight.
As CACI vice president, he previously commented about the risk of market researchers being devalued by businesses, highlighting the need to improve how market research agencies deliver their services to clients by giving them insights into what could happen next versus providing them with information about what is currently happening, Marketing Week reported.
The executive is equipped with over two decades of experience in consumer data analytics and market planning.
He held various positions at CACI Ltd, starting as a data consultant in 1997, providing data, area reports and mapping for ad hoc clients. He served as a market planning consultant from 1999 to 2006 and was later appointed associate director at CACI Information Solutions focused on developing the company’s consultancy offering. Parr also became the director of CACI Ltd’s property division, during which he played a key role in doubling the size of the unit and its profit.
