Lisa Gardner is a certified Project Management Professional and currently sits as the Vice President of Federal Civilian Solutions (FCS) at Noblis. She is in charge of strategy, growth of the federal civilian government portfolio, and program execution.
With an experience stretching to over 20 years, she brings forth her skills in developing and implementing strategic growth plans. Additionally, Ms. Gardner takes the lead in winning large contracts, driving account operations and financial results, as well as managing large and diverse teams.

Lisa Gardner has worked in programs involving federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of HHS, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Veterans Affairs, the Treasury Department and the Department of Homeland Security.
These collaborative programs included IT, scientific, management and strategy team members on high-performance computing. Moreover, she has also collaborated with Agile software development and enterprise program management and scientific-focused IT solutions, with the goal of providing mission outcomes for the government’s customers.
