HII will be providing a crucial tool for the Five Eyes intelligence alliance through new work awarded under the Analytical and Technical Services contract, according to Grant Hagen, president of the Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space business under HII’s Mission Technologies division.
The three-year task order, named Pegasus, aims to enhance information-sharing within the alliance, comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.
“Pegasus is an important capability that will help U.S. military forces and Five Eyes members with critical war planning and execution,” said Hagen, a 4×24 member.
Managed by the U.S. Air Force’s Mission Partner Capabilities Office, Pegasus delivers email, chat, phone and video capability to enhance two-way communication among warfighters of alliance member states.
The project involves collaboration between HII and General Dynamics Information Technology, contributing to the broader MPCO portfolio of secure communication and collaboration.
