The U.S. Army has awarded Sielman a $49.94 million contract modification to provide depot-level diagnostic and repair services for the Homing All the Way Killer Missile System and subassemblies in support of foreign military sales customers.
According to a sole source award notice posted on SAM .gov, the contract work will be performed in two phases through May 13, 2029. The inspection phase, which will be funded on a firm-fixed-price basis, will focus on teardown, test and evaluation, while the repair phase will be funded on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis and center on repairing and rebuilding HAWK major end items for FMS customers.
The notice indicated that Sielman is equipped to meet the requirements of the U.S. government, which does not have a depot capability with the unique test equipment necessary to support depot-level overhaul and repair of the HAWK system.
HAWK is a medium-range missile system Raytheon built to defeat multiple airborne threats.
