Accenture has acquired India-based TalentSprint to expand the capabilities of LearnVantage, its technology learning and training business. The IT giant said the acquisition from NSE Academy supports LearnVantage’s mission to build future-ready talent pipelines for enterprises and governments.

Established in 2009 and based in Hyderabad, TalentSprint delivers learning programs in artificial intelligence, chip design, cybersecurity, sustainability and digital transformation. It partners with top academic institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology and Indian Institutes of Management, and global research organizations to offer bootcamps, certifications and e-degrees tailored to professionals at various stages of their careers. According to Accenture, TalentSprint’s 210 employees from its offices in India and the United States will now join the LearnVantage team.

Accenture LearnVantage Global Lead Kishore Durg said the acquisition gives LearnVantage a competitive advantage in delivering specialized training aligned with client needs. “The addition of TalentSprint further boosts our ability to meet our clients’ demand for training, helping their people gain the essential technology skills in emerging areas needed to reinvent their organizations and achieve greater business value,” he added.

The deal complements Accenture’s earlier investments in Udacity and Award Solutions and follows its three-year commitment of $1 billion to LearnVantage.

In February, Accenture also invested in Palo Alto-based Workhelix, a tech-enabled services firm helping companies unlock greater value from AI investments. Its tools will be integrated into LearnVantage to enhance AI-related workforce training and help clients adapt to the demands of generative AI.
