Adam Clarke, a long-time executive at Leonardo, has been appointed CEO of Leidos UK and Europe. Clarke, who announced the move on LinkedIn, indicated that an official announcement would follow later in the month.

His LinkedIn profile shows Clarke with over two decades of experience from Leonardo, most recently serving as managing director of Leonardo Helicopters UK since June 2022. His tenure started as a commercial officer, from where he rose through the ranks to assume various leadership roles, including as strategy and competitive analysis director for the electronics division, vice president of airborne active electronically scanned array radar, and head of strategic business development.

Before joining Leonardo in 2004, Clarke briefly worked at BAE Systems as a project manager, focusing on airborne sensors and the Eurofighter Typhoon.

In his social media post, Clarke expressed his enthusiasm for joining Leidos and his eagerness to connect with his new colleagues.

Clark holds a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering and operations management from the University of Nottingham.
