ICF, a global consulting and technology company, has secured one contract each from the European Commission and the U.K. government worth a total maximum value of over $210 million. The Reston, Virginia-based company booked the EC contract in the first quarter of 2025 and the U.K. contract in the fourth quarter of 2024, with both having a four-year performance period.
Tobias Schaefer, ICF senior vice president for Europe and Asia, said the company’s focus is on innovation and strategic investments toward robust positioning in the diverse and growing international market for its services. “ICF’s recent awards in the European market highlight our ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address complex challenges for clients,” the executive added.
Worldwide, the company’s government and industry contracts cut across diverse programs and projects, including energy, disaster management, environment and infrastructure, IT modernization and digital transformation.
The latest contracts in Europe, according to ICF, will require its services in policy research and analysis, communications, technology and digital engagement. It will support its European clients through its permanent offices in London and Brussels.
In the U.S., ICF’s footprint is composed of offices in 24 states, plus a branch in Puerto Rico and two in Canada.
One of the company’s 2024 U.S. contracts include a potential five-year, $88 million subcontract to provide cloud data migration services for the continuing modernization of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Quality Payment Program.
