Tactical communications solutions provider Ultra Intelligence & Communications is set to deliver remote rekey capabilities for Crypto Modernization Link-16 to Poland under a contract from Enamor International.
Under the award, Ultra I&C will deploy its Remote Tactical Data Link Management System to equip the Polish Armed Forces with the ability to perform remote cryptographic rekey, offering a seamless option to manually update cryptographic keys in the most remote locations.
Apart from advanced cryptographic capabilities, RTDLMS also extends to Polish warfighters the capability to manage tactical data link radios and other national security devices connected to Link-16, the alliance and its partners’ primary military network.
According to Enamore President Maciej Kaczkowski, the collaboration with Ultra I&C will deliver the latest secure communication solutions to Poland, empowering its armed forces to simplify its tactical data link operations.
Greg Rudy, vice president of business development for Ultra I&C’s C2I&E division, said the contract showcases the company’s commitment to supporting Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control communications security.
“RTDLMS enhances operational flexibility. When combined with our ADSI datalink interoperability solutions, it delivers a force-multiplying advantage, allowing military forces across the world to execute missions with confidence,” the executive said.
Ultra I&C has been helping Europe improve its secure communication capabilities. In May 2024, the tactical communications provider deployed the Active Directory Service Interfaces tactical command and control system to a NATO network assessment event supporting the U.S. Marine Corps.
