Executive Mosaic Names GovCon Leaders Joining Wash100’s 2025 Batch

Executive Mosaic has named the recipients of the 2025 Wash100 Award, recognizing the contributions of government contracting leaders to the community.

Personalities included in the latest list are:

  • CACI President and CEO John Mengucci,
  • Leidos CEO Thomas Bell,
  • Iridium CEO Matt Desch,
  • Jerry McGinn, executive director of the Center for Government Contracting at George Mason University’s The School Of Business,
  • Department of State Chief Information Officer Kelly Fletcher,
  • Department of the Navy CIO Jane Rathbun and
  • National Reconnaissance Office Director Christopher Scolese.

The Wash100 Award, formed in 2014, has been serving as “a beacon of excellence in the GovCon sector.”

Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic and founder of the Wash100 Award, described the recognition as a chance to shine a spotlight on people redefining the future and opportunities in the industry. “This year’s recipients embody the qualities that drive progress: bold leadership, inventive thinking and an unyielding dedication to excellence. These 100 visionaries … [are] laying the groundwork for a more innovative and resilient future,” he said.

After naming the winners, Garrettson and his team at Executive Mosaic will hand-deliver the awards. Videos of each visit will be available on the organization’s social media accounts and its wide range of publications.

The recognition does not stop at unveiling the 2025 class of recipients. The wider public could vote for the most popular government contracting leaders on Wash100.com until April 30. The winners will be revealed in May.
