Arwin Visser has announced his appointment as CGI’s new vice president of consulting services. He brings over 20 years of experience in information and communication technologies and the public sector.
Visser joins the global IT and business consulting firm after spending more than four years at Dutch tech firm Axians, where he most recently served as the manager of the Education segment. In that position, he led sales, services and operations for the education sector.
At CGI, he will oversee profit and loss statements, business development and strategy for the Social Security & Health Unit within the company’s Government business sector.
Before his time at Axians, Visser worked at Atos for over 12 years. During his tenure there, he held various sales management positions in the defense, government and health sectors, leading teams responsible for sales, business development and market strategy.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Visser has expertise in ICT sales, P&L management, team and client management, business development, IT transformation, sustainability and strategy.
