Juliette Wilcox Takes Lead Role at Ultra Intelligence & Communications’s UK Cyber Division

Juliette Wilcox, former cybersecurity ambassador of the U.K. Department for Business and Trade’s U.K. Defence and Security Exports, has been appointed president of Ultra Intelligence & Communications’ U.K. Cyber division.

In her new position, Wilcox heads more than 200 employees in the division’s locations in Maidenhead, Farnborough and Gloucester. The company said the new cyber chief will also manage its Cyber Centre of Excellence in Maidenhead, which opened in March.

Ultra I&C CEO Jon Rucker, a 2024 Wash100 awardee, welcomed Wilcox’s appointment in a statement, noting that he anticipates her leadership spurring innovation and boosting the company’s competitiveness in global cybersecurity.

Nick Hine, Ultra I&C’s SecureCo board chairman, also expressed optimism about Wilcox’s leadership amid a distinguished career in public service. Under her direction, the division “will advance secure communication solutions and cybersecurity systems to safeguard our customers against the most sophisticated threats,” he said.
