Beth Skoletsky has joined Ultra Intelligence & Communications as chief human resources officer after a nearly four-year stint in the same role at Constellis.
Skoletsky will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Ultra’s global human capital strategy and operations, with her primary focus being aligning the people and culture agenda with the company’s business objectives, Ultra I&C said.
With more than three decades worth of experience in human resources, Skoletsky brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role, Ultra I&C said in a press release, citing role in designing and implementing strategic HR programs, streamlining processes and driving human capital initiatives across functional areas to support business goals.
Ultra noted Skoletsky’s expertise in the government contracting sector, where she has managed various M&A activities, integrating HR and business strategies to deliver results for stakeholders, leaders and employees.
At Constellis, she played a critical role in guiding the company’s strategic transformation of HR practices and her leadership led to the modernization and upskilling of the workforce, Ultra added.
Skoletsky has held various executive positions, including vice president of human resources and ethics officer at Whitney, Bradley & Brown, which Serco acquired in 2021, corporate director of HR operations at Engility and senior vice president of human resources at L-3 Communications, now L3Harris Technologies.
