AI-powered decision intelligence solutions provider BigBear.ai has announced two key appointments to its executive team. Norm Laudermilch has been named the company’s new chief operating officer, while Greg Goldwater has been promoted to chief growth officer. Mandy Long, CEO of BigBear.ai, expressed excitement over the new appointments, saying, “Our organization is at a pivotal moment as we complete the integration and alignment of our businesses to deliver even greater value to our stakeholders.” Laudermilch, who most recently served as chief technology officer and chief cyber officer at LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, brings to the role a vast experience in the areas of operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic planning. He has worked for various company sizes, from startups to Fortune 50 firms across federal and commercial markets. Laudermilch is also a co-founder of the Internet Service Provider Security Working Group (ISPSEC). Meanwhile, Goldwater, who joined BigBear.ai in June 2021 as vice president of strategic growth and has over 19 years of experience in information technology, data science, analytics, AI, business development and project management, will now oversee Growth and Strategic Partnerships for all of BigBear.ai. He previously handled automation for clients and led cross-functional teams at Accenture/Accenture Federal Services, according to a press release by BigBear.ai.
