Bernhard Capital Partners, a private equity management firm focused on infrastructure and services, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Duotech Services, a provider of services and solutions for air and ground-based radar systems. Headquartered in Franklin, North Carolina, Duotech also provides radar solutions for training environments and sustainment services for legacy systems. The company’s client base includes the U.S. military and allied armed forces. Following the acquisition, Duotech will continue to operate under its current leadership, Bernhard Capital said.
The acquisition of Duotech expands Bernhard Capital’s government services platform, a network of businesses whose aim is to improve the technologies used by U.S. and allied military and government personnel. Formed just this April, the platform is being led by retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Charles Anderson.
Dan Rogers Sr., co-founder of Duotech, expressed excitement about the partnership with Bernhard Capital, highlighting the shared vision and commitment to delivering innovative solutions to critical military systems.
Jeff Koonce, a partner at Bernhard Capital, praised Duotech’s track record of excellence and described the company as “the sustainment partner of choice for clients in need of critical solutions.”
For his part, Thomas Henley, managing director at Bernhard Capital, said Duotech is the kind of business his organization seeks to work with as it builds up its government services platform.
