Unissant has announced the appointment of Umme Hasnain as the technology consulting firm’s new chief administrative officer and senior vice president of business operations. Her responsibilities will include contracts and procurement; legal, compliance and risk management; and facilities management.

Hasnain has extensive experience in supporting a variety of government customers within the Department of Defense and in health care.

Prior to joining Unissant, she oversaw all contract-related work as a vice president at Brillient, a business management consultant in Reston, Virginia. Previously, the executive held leadership roles at Vectrus and Mhttps://www.mantech.com/anTech.

Hasnain studied government contracting at George Mason University and is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
