The Rothe Ares Joint Venture will provide digital communication and information technology support under NASA’s Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services contract. The deal, which covers cost-plus-award-fee core services and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task orders, comes with a 12-month base period, seven 12-month option periods and a six-month extension. The contract’s maximum potential value is $814 million.

Under the eMITS contract, ROAR JV will provide a variety of services, including IT, information management and digital communications. NASA’s Office of Chief Information Officer and Office of Communications will benefit from the work the company will provide.

The base period will be preceded by a 90-day phase-in, which will begin on May 2. If all options and extensions are exercised, the complete period of performance will stretch through Jan. 31, 2032, NASA said.
