Empower AI has appointed Paul Harrington as chief growth officer. With over 30 years of leadership experience in both the government services and private technology sectors, Harrington is expected to spearhead the advanced information technology solutions and professional services provider’s growth and innovation efforts. The former McKinsey & Company partner served Fortune 50 private sector and large government clients in areas such as growth strategy, government procurement, organization, and digital modernization. Harrington held leadership roles in several companies in the public and private sectors, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Vangent, CGI Federal, and SRA International, as well as in private sector technology firms. As chief growth officer, Harrington will work closely with Jeff Bohling, CEO of Empower AI, to further strengthen the company’s position in the public sector as a leader in AI-enabled, mission-enhancing services and solutions. He expressed his excitement about joining Empower AI and claimed he is confident in the company’s growth potential and “the opportunity to unlock the promise of artificial intelligence across the public sector.” Bohling said Harrington’s leadership, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the country’s challenges will be “transformative” for the company. The appointment is expected to enable the company to further expand its presence in the government services sector and maintain its position in the artificial intelligence field, Empower AI said.
