Michael Perlman has been appointed vice president of investor relations and communications at VSE Corporation, a provider of aftermarket distribution and maintenance, repair and overhaul services for land, sea and air transportation assets.

Perlman has over 20 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications and financial analysis. He previously held a senior role in investor relations at Jushi Holdings and leadership roles at NASDAQ-listed companies KLX and KLX Energy Services Holdings, VSE said.

In his new position, Perlman will lead VSE’s investor relations strategy and enhance communication with the investment community.

John Cuomo, president and CEO of VSE Corporation, described Perlman as a valuable addition to the company because of his extensive professional experience.

For his part, Perlman expressed excitement about working with VSE, saying that the company is poised for continued success because of its unique aftermarket strategy and its commitment to excellence.
