HighPoint Digital, an information technology and customer experience services provider, has promoted Joan Bishop as senior vice president of the company’s health sector. In her new role, Bishop will oversee the strategy and operations of the team providing service to HighPoint’s federal health clients, leveraging the experience and success in the sector to expand the company’s work.

Since joining the company in 2021, Bishop has used her expertise to expand the existing health portfolio of contract vehicles and task orders and win new work with existing health clients. She serves as president of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society National Capital Area chapter and has been named a FedHealthIT 100 Leader for the past two years.

“We are so fortunate to have Joan’s experience in and knowledge of federal health on our team,” said HighPoint President Jay Jones said, adding that Bishop will continue providing “incredible value” for customers and employees as the company works to deliver IT and customer experience solutions in the health care industry.

HighPoint provides customer service support and strategy for the administration of the Affordable Care Act, citizen experience transformation at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and IT support for the Federal Occupational Health Occupational Health Management System, among others.
