NASA announced that it has awarded its Simulation and Software Technology III contract to Chantilly, Virginia-based CACI Federal. The contract, valued at a maximum of $150 million, covers the provision of simulation and software technology support and related services for NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston.

Under the contract, CACI is tasked to provide support and various services to the Johnson Space Center Engineering Directorate’s Software, Robotics, and Simulation; Aeroscience and Flight Mechanics; Propulsion and Power; and Avionics divisions, as well as other NASA organizations, the agency said.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will issue cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-priced task orders. The 60-month contract period begins March 1.
