Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Dan Helfrich, a principal and federal services practice leader at Deloitte, as the newest inductee into the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.

He leads the firm’s consulting, financial advisory and risk advisory services for U.S. government agencies.

Helfrich told ExecutiveBiz in December 2015 upon his federal leadership appointment that workforce transformation and human capital initiatives will be areas of government interest in 2016.

Public sector agencies will also continue efforts to develop initiatives focused on performance management and leadership.

“Implementing interactive, cohort-based leadership development programs will be a trend that we see in the future and could improve everything around workforce,” he said.

Helfrich previously served as leader of Deloitte’s federal civilian business prior to his current role.

He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international economics from Georgetown University.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Dan Helfrich and the Deloitte federal team for their selection to receive this award.
