Executive Mosaic is glad to unveil James McCarthy, principal owner and technical director of AOC Key Solutions, as an inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.

McCarthy established the Chantilly, Virginia-based consulting company in 1983 to work with government contractors in their efforts to compete for and gain business in the public sector services market.

According to McCarthy AOC Key Solutions has worked with close to 500 clients and helped them secure approximately $150 billion in contract awards since the firm’s inception.

He has developed the company’s “Principle Centered Winning” framework as a resource for contractors to gain market assessment, proposal development and capture support services.

AOC Key Solutions works with contractors in the national and homeland security, intelligence, energy and infrastructure services markets on market research and identification, strategic support, and bid & process support.

Throughout his career, McCarthy has provided advice to many GovCon executives and created executive summaries, business presentations and documents in support of clients’ contract pursuits.
