Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Craig Albert, president of Bechtel‘s nuclear, security and environmental business, as an inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.
He oversees a portfolio of design, engineering, construction and operations management services for environmental protection, national security and nuclear energy projects.
In September last year, his organization and the company’s subsidiaries received the 9001:2008 standard recertification in quality management systems from the International Organization for Standardization.
The certification reflects “Bechtel’s dedication to customer focus at all levels and executing processes to ensure continual improvement of each function within the company,” Albert said then.
Albert came to the company in 1998 to support its defense and environmental business development activities and later served as project manager for the Queensland Curtis Liquefied Natural Gas, Wisconsin Elm Road Generating Station and Hanford Waste Treatment Plant projects.
He has also served as a senior vice president since 2009 and a board director since 2013 at the San Francisco-based construction and engineering firm.
The 28-year industry veteran started his career with Westinghouse Electric Corp. as a design and a project engineer.
Executive Mosaic congratulates Craig Albert and the Bechtel for their selection to receive this award.
