Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Vernon “Vern” Saunders, general manager of the Federal Network Systems business at Jacobs Technology, as an inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.

Saunders has worked at FNS since 2000 and joined the subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group in 2014 upon the latter company’s acquisition of FNS.

FNS provides systems integration, communications, information technology and data security services to agencies in the intelligence, defense and civilian arenas.

Prior to FNS, he served with the military as a U.S. Army reserve personnel and then as a commissioned serviceman with the U.S. Air Force.

He has nearly 30 years of experience in enterprise IT and IT strategy development.

Saunders is also a PMI Certified Project Management Professional.
