Executive Mosaic is glad to announce Bill Toti, president of Cubic‘s global defense segment, as an inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection influential leaders in the government contracting arena.
He was appointed to the position in February 2015 after the San Diego-based contractor announced a realignment of its business structure through a combination of its defense systems and mission support services business into the segment that operates as Cubic Global Defense .
Toti, who first joined Cubic in June 2014 to lead mission support services, told ExecutiveBiz in March 2015 the consolidation is aimed to grow the company’s integrated offerings and further its collaboration with international defense customers.
“Because we deal directly with foreign governments, this puts us in a very strong position because… we are able to work with them them directly through our field representatives in those countries,” he said.
Prior to Cubic, Toti served as VP and Navy–Marine Corps account executive at the former HP Enterprise Services business and is also a former VP of mission support operations from Raytheon.
He served a 26-year career in the U.S. Navy before he entered the private sector.
“It is a privilege to be included in this prestigious group of GovCon leaders,” said Toti.
Executive Mosaic congratulates Bill Toti and the Cubic Global Defense team for their selection to receive this award.
