meiners_kevin_wash100_2016Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Kevin Meiners, an assistant director at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, as an inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.

Meiners holds the title of assistant national intelligence director for acquisition, technology and facilities and reports to DNI and fellow 2016 Wash100 inductee James Clapper for those matters as they relate to the National Intelligence Program.

His pre-ODNI career includes leadership roles at the Defense Department such as director of advanced technology at the defense airborne reconnaissance office, plus director of ISR systems in the office of the assistant defense secretary for command, control and communication.

He also oversaw DoD’s battlespace awareness portfolio during his service as deputy defense undersecretary for intelligence strategies, programs and resources.

Earlier in his career, Meiners served as an electronics engineer at the U.S. Navy‘s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command as well as managed programs at the Naval Air Systems Command.
