gray_mark_wash100_2016Executive Mosaic is glad to introduce Mark Gray, president and CEO of ASRC Federal as an inductee into the Wash100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

Gray, a Wash100 selection for two consecutive years, assumed his current role at the Beltsville, Md.-based government contractor in June 2014 and works to manage financial and business operations and provide strategic direction for the firm.

ASRC Federal acquired information technology services firm Data Networks Corp. in November for a push to expand information technology-related work with federal agencies.

“This acquisition expands our position in key federal IT markets, most notably health IT, while also augmenting our existing capabilities and services,” Gray said.

Additionally, the company secured two five-year, $100 million-plus contracts with NASA in 2015 with one for education program support worth up to $130 million and a second to help maintain IT systems and software at the space agency’s Goddard Center valued at a maximum $274 million.

Gray previously worked at the former URS Corp. federal services business as vice president and general manager of the unit’s systems engineering and information solutions group before he moved to ASRC Federal.

He is also a former chief operating officer at INDUS Corp. and senior VP of strategic planning, business development and operations at Anteon Corp.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Mark Gray and the ASRC Federal team for their selection to receive this award.
