Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Chris Raymond, vice president and general manager of Boeing‘s electronic and information solutions division, as an inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.
This division is part of the airplane manufacturer’s Arlington, Va.-based network and space systems business unit, which is a component of Boeing’s defense, space and security segment.
Raymond, formerly the defense segment’s VP of business development and strategy, was appointed to his current position in May 2015 and acts as the Washington-based deputy to Craig Cooning, who leads the network and space systems segment as president and is based in California.
He is in charge of a division that provides information and intelligence products and services to customers for their global security missions and includes subsidiaries Argon ST, Digital Receiver Technology and Boeing Intelligence & Analytics.
Boeing Intelligence & Analytics was formed via the parent company’s 2014 acquisition of hardware provider Ventura Solutions , while Argon ST was purchased in 2010 and DRT was bought in 2008.
Raymond reported directly to the CEO of Boeing’s defense segment in his former role and his three-decade career at the company includes leadership roles in areas such as supply chain management, engineering and program management operations.
Executive Mosaic congratulates Chris Raymond and the Boeing team for their receipt of this award.
