Joe Armstrong, Intelligent Decisions President, Named to Wash100 for Contract and Finance Leadership

Joe-ArmstrongExecutive Mosaic is honored to introduce Joe Armstrong, president of Intelligent Decisions, as the newest inductee into the Wash100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

Intelligent Decisions holds positions on several government-wide contract vehicles for information technology services.

Armstrong previously served as chief financial officer at the Chantilly, Va.-based contractor before his appointment to the president’s role in October 2014.

The 20-plus-year veteran in public accounting, finance and investment management was vice president and treasurer of Multi-Finance Holding Corp. before he joined Intelligent Decisions.
