Dan-AllenExecutive Mosaic is honored to introduce Dan Allen, chairman and CEO of Serco Group‘s North American subsidiary as the newest inductee into the Wash100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

Serco Inc. provides communication and information systems, logistics and program management, human capital management, transportation and infrastructure and business process outsourcing services to government agencies in the U.S. and Canada.

The subsidiary won new contract work with the U.S. Navy such as a position on a $2.5 billion vehicle to install shipboard networks and a spot on a five-year program to support naval electronic surveillance system.

Allen became CEO of Serco Inc. in October 2013 after a stint at CACI International that included time as that company’s chief executive and prior roles such as president of U.S. operations and chief operating officer of U.S. operations.

The three-decade intelligence and information technology industry veteran’s career also includes time at Northrop Grumman as sector vice president and general manager of intelligence systems division, as well as senior roles at General Dynamics.

He started his GovCon career at TRW, the company Northrop acquired in 2002.
