Frank Garcia of the House Intelligence Committee Named to Wash100 for Contributions in Intelligence & Acquisition

frank garciaExecutive Mosaic is honored to announce Frank Garcia, permanent staff member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, as the newest inductee into the Wash 100, the premier group of leaders who create value for the American public and execute strategic vision at the intersection of the public and private sectors.

Garcia serves as the technical and tactical subcommittee staff director and Republican staff monitor for the National Reconnaissance Office, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and classified technical programs and

A career Naval Officer, Garcia brings experience leading interagency forums; managing science and technology, acquisition and intelligence programs for the Pentagon, Navy and National Reconnaissance Office; and leading research, development and acquisition programs for satellite systems involved in geospatial, intelligence and other applications.

He has also monitored the National Security Agency and for five years monitored the Comprehensive Cyber Security Initiative.

In addition to leading oversight on several acquisition issues in his current role, Garcia has also had helped transition technology into acquisition programs in the Executive and Legislative branches and holds advanced degrees from the National War College, Naval Post Graduate School and University of Rhode Island.
