Ray HallerExecutive Mosaic is glad to announce Ray Haller, senior vice president and general manager of the Center for National Security at MITRE, as the latest sector leader to be inducted into the Wash100, the premier group of leaders who execute strategic vision and create value for the American public at the intersection of the public and private sectors.

Haller is responsible for research, development and system acquisition support of intelligence and information systems in his role.

He most recently served as director of National Security Engineering Center, an federally funded research and development center, that he is still responsible for it in his current role.

Mitre-logoHe has been at MITRE since 1977 and has served in roles that include chief engineer of the naval systems and technology division and senior vice president and general manager of the Washington Command, Control and Communications Center.

“The new name better reflects the broad spectrum of our work program for customers across the DoD and Intelligence Community and their mission partners,” said Haller, when MITRE changed the name NSEC from Department of Defense Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence Federally Funded Research and Development Center.contracts

Haller additionally participates in studies for the Defense Department including a technical review of a classified DoD acquisition program and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense C3I Information Superiority Investment Strategy initiative.
